Mix and knead all components prepared for the dough. Leave the resulting dough for half an hour to rest. Grind cheese, mix with cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper. Divide the dough into pieces, each roll out into a cake, in the middle of which lay the filling.
Close the edges of the dough and roll out again using a rolling pin. In a similar way, roll and stuff all the cakes, pierce with a fork. Fry the cakes in a dry frying pan on both sides. Quick khachapuri with cottage cheese and cheese can be served.
