- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1,5 tbsp
- Refined olive oil 1 tbsp for lubrication
- Cherry tomato 8 PC.
- Bulb onions 1 PC.
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Eggplant 2 PC. small
- Cauliflower 250 g
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Refined sunflower oil fifty ml

Grease pizza baking tray with vegetable refined oil. We put the bun in the dough and gently flatten it, slightly stretching it with your hands. Then grease with olive oil.
Cut eggplant into slices, salt and leave for 30 minutes. Then wash with salt and bitterness, dry and fry in refined sunflower oil with chopped onion for 5-7 minutes. At the end, add chopped garlic and tomato paste. Spread on the dough.
