- Wheat flour 1,5 cups

- Apricot jam 150 g
- Salt 1 tsp

- Apple cider vinegar 6% 1 tbsp
How do we make sweet horns from cottage cheese dough? Throw in a bowl of cottage cheese, sugar and salt, as well as soda in apple cider vinegar. First, mix the listed components, and then gradually add the wheat flour.
Personally, I mix first with a tablespoon (I feel so comfortable), then – with my hand. At the end of the process, we got such a slice of soft dough.
Divide it into four equal pieces. Pour the table with flour.
Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin.
Divide the dough layer into 8 segments and lay a teaspoon of apricot jam where the widest part. If there is no apricot, any other jam available can be used.
We twist each segment into a horn, sprinkle with sugar and lay on a baking sheet, greased with refined oil.
We heat the oven in advance to a temperature of 180 degrees. Put the pan for 12-15 minutes. We take out the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the horns to the dish for serving. Have a nice chat and tea party!
