How do we make rich buns stuffed with apples and candied fruits? We heat the milk a little. Add a teaspoon of sugar, a tablespoon of flour. Mix and pour dry yeast directly on top. We put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
We see that the yeast has released foam, which means they are alive. Add the rest of the sugar for the dough, vanilla sugar, salt, refined sunflower oil and chicken egg to the mixture. Mix.
Gradually adding sifted wheat flour, knead soft dough.
