3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.

1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1.5 tbsp. premium flour + optional for sprinkling molds
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 0.5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs whipped
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and crushed with a fork (total 3/4 tbsp. Banana puree)
  • 1 tbsp. (approximately 110 gr.) fresh blueberries
  • Butter to grease the bread pan



Recipe preparation:

  1. Set the grid on the middle level of the oven. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Lubricate with butter and sprinkle with flour a bread baking dish 22×12.5×7 cm in size. Set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg with a whisk. In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in bananas and blueberries. Add dry ingredients and mix to distribute evenly.
  3. Put the dough in the prepared bread pan. Bake until the tester inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes. Put the banana bread out of the mold and cool completely on a wire rack, about 2 hours.
