How do we cook appetizing buns with garlic and herbs for soup? As usual, it’s best to start with dough. Mix the slightly warmed milk with a tablespoon of total sugar and two tablespoons of flour. Sprinkle dry yeast on top.
It is not necessary to mix dry yeast with the mixture, they get into lumps and dissolve poorly from lumps. We put the mixture in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. When air bubbles are actively formed in the mixture, you can continue the process of kneading the dough.
In a bowl with dough, pour the rest of the sugar, salt, pour refined sunflower oil, raw chicken eggs. Mix with a whisk and gradually add the sifted flour. When the whisk is no longer suitable, knead with a hand.
Gradually adding flour (I do it directly from a sieve mug, very convenient), knead such a soft bun of dough. I moisten my hand in refined oil from a saucer, which I put next to.
Add flour to the bowl (I have a saucepan) and leave the dough in the saucepan in a warm place under the lid for 40-50 minutes. For this we use the oven, turning it on and off with the door ajar for 1-2 cm. The light in the oven and the transparent pan lid give me an overview.
When the dough has increased in volume, we take it out, we crumple a little. Divide into 2 parts, then each of them into 6 parts. We roll each piece into a kolobok, stroking with a palm in oil from above and putting it into a mold at a distance of 1 cm between koloboks.
We put in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that the buns rise. We take out the form and at the same time turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Now we must grease the top of the risen dough with a special mixture of yolk and water. Grease with a culinary brush.
When the oven has warmed up to a temperature of 180 degrees, put the form for 20 minutes on the middle shelf. If after 20 minutes you check the dough in the middle of the mold with a wooden skewer, it is already baked. But you also check, the ovens are different for everyone.
We take out the baked bread rolls and coat the hot rolls with a mixture of garlic squeezed through a press, cold boiled water, sunflower oil (scented), salt and chopped greens (parsley or dill can be used).
Such buns scatter even without soup, but with soup it’s a bomb! In addition, they can be cut in half horizontally, put a slice of sausage on one half, a slice of cheese on the other. Try to make these rolls and they will become part of your soulful family dinner. Bon Appetit!
